These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, courses, workshops, coaching programmes, done-for-you services, and other digital products (together, the "Services") offered under the brand Performance Marketing University ("PMU", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Krsna Global Gurukul OPC Private Limited, Hyderabad, India, founded by Vijay Sujanani. By purchasing, accessing, or using any of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a payment, or accessing any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business owners, marketers, and professionals. By using the Services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing for lawful purposes.

3. Description of Products and Services

PMU sells digital information products and services. These may include:

• Online courses, recorded lessons, and downloadable materials
• Live and recorded workshops and trainings
• Group and one-to-one coaching programmes
• Done-for-you advertising management and related marketing services
• Templates, frameworks, and supporting resources

We may add, change, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. Where a service depends on third-party platforms (for example advertising networks), delivery is also subject to those platforms' rules and availability.

4. License and Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, text, graphics, templates, and materials provided through the Services are the property of Krsna Global Gurukul OPC Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

On purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own learning and use within your own business. You may not:

• Copy, resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute the content
• Share your login or grant access to people who have not paid
• Record, reproduce, or publicly display the material
• Use the content to build a competing product or training

Any unauthorised use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are payable through our authorised payment partner, Razorpay. Prices may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout; where taxes such as GST apply, they will be added or included as required by law.

By submitting a payment you authorise us and our payment partner to charge the amount shown. For subscriptions or instalment plans, you authorise recurring charges until the plan completes or you cancel in line with the plan terms. Access to paid content is granted after payment is confirmed.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or content
• Upload harmful code or interfere with the operation of the Services
• Harass, abuse, or harm other students, staff, or coaches
• Use the Services for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that breaches these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMU, Krsna Global Gurukul OPC Private Limited, and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Razorpay for payments, GoHighLevel for customer communication and CRM, and Meta and Google for advertising and analytics. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, or availability of these third parties. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
